Format/Rules

2026

There will be two flights: A Flight & B Flight

The beginning of the season, AI randomly generates pairings for the entire season
Every player will get two partners
Each player will receive their score + best score of the two partners
Each player’s score is the aggregate of the player and their partner

If you have to miss a week, please let me know as soon as you can. I will find a fill-in. However, your score for that week will be your average

The top two aggregate lowest scores get paid out in each flight
60% to 1st place
40% to 2nd place

Bay pairings (who you play with in a bay on a particular night), is selected by random draw each week. Please check in with Jon when you get there to pull your card from the deck.

The commissioner chooses the course to be played on a week-to-week basis. The following elements comprise the course setup and are in place for all courses regardless of where the course is located:
-No wind
-5000 foot elevation
-Terrain disabled: your ball will react to the terrain (sand, tree, rough, etc) but your lie will be as if you’re in the fairway
-Clear afternoon
-All players, with exception, play from the blue tees
Greens
set to “soft”
Speed set to “10”
“Easy” pin placement: We have seen that different bays on the same course have different pin placements, but all placements are “easy”
Putting
Gimme inside 10 feet (we will be putting this year!)
Fairways
set to moderate hardness
Closest-to-Pin Contest weekly
Par 3 from the course we play that week
Twosomes are randomly assigned each week
Winning team splits the pot weekly
